For qualified later-life lending brokers
Releasing value from a house without leaving it.
A lifetime mortgage lets an owner aged 55 or over draw capital against their home with no compulsory monthly repayment, the loan and interest being settled when the property is sold. It is a serious decision with long consequences, which is why it is only available through a qualified broker.
